- Asking the right questions
- Effectively presenting our products/services
- Can you/your team recite the top 5 best success stories of your company?
- Do you/your reps effectively present the BENEFITS of what your product has to offer?
- Do you know the top 5 objections you/your reps may face, and how to effectively handle them?
- Do you have a referral strategy, is it trained, and is it managed?
Bottom line: the best companies have a sales system that is trained, managed, and integrated into every fiber of how their operation runs.
Weak companies are usually a result of a weak sales system. Don’t fall prey to this – take action and find someone who can turn your sales team – into a well oiled sales and selling machine.
